They have been nothing but rude and not helpful what-so-ever. Maintenance never fixes anything, the grounds are disgustingly full of dog poop and cigarette butts, and I have never dealt with a less helpful group of "managers." They won me over when I came to look by showing me a super nice apartment and by being really nice and surprisingly helpful, but it all changes once you sign the lease. I signed a lease and had a deposit on the apartment layout I wanted, I got called a couple of days later saying that they had already rented out that apartment and I could rent a more expensive one that was still open. After talking to a couple of other residents, apparently this is very common (4 of the 5 people I have talked to had this happen to them as well.) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.. find somewhere else to live..

We have absolutely never done what this person is saying. We have never signed a lease with anyone before they are here to move in. There have been occasions when a particular unit isn't available when a person comes back after not making a decision the first visit, but once a deposit is made, that apartment belongs to that person, period. Sounds like some sour grapes, huh? It sure is easy to make accusations and give "survey" results when you don't have to prove a thing.
