I lived at Signature Place fo 2 years and hated every minute of it. I would have moved but was held in by my lease and the fact that they allowed dogs. During my time there I was without hot water for 1 month. I called to have maintence look at it everyday. Everyday I was given another excuse of why it was not fixed yet. Finally on the day it was fixed I asked for an adjustment on my rent. The management then said that they conveniently didn't remember me every calling to report the problem and no adjustment was to be made.
Also the maintence staff is horrible. Once when looking at a problem the guy was hitting on me and asked me out. He also kept asking if I lived alone. After I turned him down he said "Does it make you nervous that I have keys to your apartment and can come in here anytime I want'" I immediately reported this to the management and their only response was that they had no control over what they maintence staff said to tenants!!!!
When I did move out of the apartment I made an extra effort to take pictures of everything and left the place in bette shape when I moved in. I also had pictures documenting what the apartment looked like when I first moved it. Of course I was sent a bill for $600 and my deposit was kept. When I tried to fight this the management would not accept any of my pictures and said they had their own, but would not show them to me.
I would never recommend that anyone moves into this place, the obsolute worst experience of my life!

Honey Did you know your Apt manager was a con & stealing money, would explain why stuff wasnt fix.
