I will have to say, when I first moved to iowa, we decided to live here, in the winter time, you had a choice between heat or hotwater as you couldnt have both, when I played my stereo, my neighbors above me loved my music as they could hear the words plan as day, I had no idea the floors were paper thin, The management were the types who accused you of everything, The garages were stated I could park a full size ford inside the garage, goes to find out the car did not fit, I accidently punched a hole with the front end of the car to get it all the way inside. They should have designed them better! If i was you I would suggest looking elsewhere, btw if you check out the sex offender registry, one is living in that complex im sure not one of the managers will advise you of that one. got to w-w-w dot iowasexoffender dot com, do a search and the zipcode 50266.

What does it matter if there is a sex offender living near you. You do realize that not all sex offenders have to be registered so you could be best friends with one right now; inviting him over for dinner and to your son's baseball game. Secondly, you lived here like 12 years ago...I think your review is pretty much useless.
