I came to Signature Place after living in the hell hole that is Four Seasons Apartments in Des Moines (look it up if you care). Signature place has been a real breath of fresh air compared to that place. Contrary to the posts below, I have found the staff here to be nothing but helpful. Every time I visit the office, I am greeted with a smile and my problems are taken care of promptly. For example, my blinds were broken and within two days they had replaced them with new, functional blinds.

Positives: Nice well kept grounds. There are a number of trees that surround the place making it look very appealing. Parking is also a positive as I haven't had to park very far away from my building in a year of living here. The noise level is very acceptable as I have not been able to hear my neighbors through the walls. Staff, as stated above, are very friendly and helpful. Clubhouse is very nice with a pool and a hot tub for your use. Close to everything! I have saved a lot on gas since I can easily walk to Walmart, the Jordan Creek Town Center, Target and the Blue Moon Bar.

Negatives: the dryers are not the best. I have tried limiting the load to one or two articles of clothing but still have to repeat the drying cycle, on average, four times. In addition, some tenets do not clean up after their dogs. This is not an issue with management or anyone else except those tenets. Some people feel that they are entitled to leave poo all around the ground as I guess they will not be stepping in it. The computers in the clubhouse need to be updated. They are very slow and, at times, do not connect properly to the printers.

Overall: All-in-all this is a great complex. You are near to everything you could possibly want and then some. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
