Great place to live

Over-all a great place to live. Grounds are clean, the landlords are fair, and maintenance concerns are dealt with in a timely manner.

We were a little concerned that certain items--garbage disposal blades--needed replacing, and weren't. It wasn't a large concern for us, just something to be aware of for future residents.
