There are brand new apartments that have opened about a year ago- the only ones worth living in, if you don't mind the very high rate! The rest of the buildings are cheap and they show it. Kitchen and bathroom lenolium and carpeting throughout are filthy and don't count on it being replaced. Appliances are very outdated, and overall the apartments look very used... it makes you wonder about the type of people living in them before you. Neighbors are very noisy, no matter where you are. Parties are almost a given at 3:00am on the weekends. You can here doors slamming all night, all week long. There are also people with large dogs living here, not bothering to clean up after them, this has lead to dog poo being tracked into the hallways and stairs. The lease clearly states that pets aren't allowed, or a $75 fine will result. These apartments are good if you dont want to pay high rent- but you get what you pay for.
