I have been a resident at Sun Prairie for a year. I hate it and I'm in the process of moving. The staff and maintenance don't give you notices when entering your apartment, and they steal I've had photos, money, "undergarments", magazines missing. They will also lie to snoop around. They left a notice saying they had to check my apartment because the apartment below had a plumbing and water damage. This made no sense to me so I asked the guy below what happened. He had no idea what I was talking about. Just recently, I had my things scattered everywhere after I woke up from sleeping. This was the second time this had happened, and unless it is a very skilled lockpicker, it had to be the staff or maintenance, because I have not made copies of my key. I have also had my car vandalized numerous times. I actually witnessed kids beating a car with sticks and throwing rocks at the cars. It has also came to my attention from another resident that a maintenance person was "relieving" himself in girl's apartments and stealing their underwear. I don't question this because a maintenance person harassed my girlfriend. He wanted her to let him into my apartment when I leave for work. I find this very inappropriate and unproffesional. Maintenance calls go unanswered, dryers don't work, garbage everywhere, and parking is almost impossible the building gets abnormally hot,and they are notorious for ripping people off when they move out. I have made numerous complaints to the management and there has been no solutions. I'm doing my part in warning people who may consider this hellhole and I'm moving out myself.
