this place looks like a good desl and all with free heating and an electric gurantee and free trash and free water. but once you live there you realize the only good thing is that the lease will end sooner or later. the heat doesnt work till mid december, the electric is a bunch of B.S. and the water is never warm, the free trash may as well be paid for bcuz when you go to take your trash out there are little kids playing in the garbage and its so disgusting inside the gurage tha they put the garbage in that you may need to get all your shots up dated. o and the pool, well if you're not out of it by 9 like they say the maintnance person will watch you until you get out. then the staff, they are all nice when you move in but once you have a problem they blow you off and treat you like ----, and the confidentiality breach they dont fallow that either. their old maintnance person (jared) dates his boss thats why he quit, not to mention he is a STD spreading person. and there have been convicted pedifiles living there and meth labs. then when the little kids there thriw ---- at your car or brake into it and you complain they dont do ---- about it. there is a lot of garbage every where on the proprety and the staff breaks into your apartment and besides that before your lease is up they show your apartment while you still live there. its very noisy, its dirty when you move out and when you move out they tack on about $500 in extra BS that you have to pay. and if no one rents your apartment right after you move out they try to make you pay the next months rent so they dont loose a prophet. the carpets are so dirty. there are holes in all the walls and they try to charge you for them even though you didnt make them. parking is a ----- you can never find a parking spot. the washers and driers never work. in the winter they dont remove the snow. the air conditioners barley work. there are bugs everywhere. everything is broken. dont ever move here i cannot stress this enough. the management is so terrible i cant believe they are aloud to interact with others. you wont get your secrity deposite back thats a gurantee.
