I have had a great experience at Sun Prairie. It seems that people who have had a bad experience are people who are causing the problems. Maybe people should learn to read their lease.

i think that your response is a little harsh. I have lived here for 3years and I have had to wait for maintence to be done on my apartment. I have placed work orders that were completely ignored and I had to stay on top of. The maintence has gotten better since there is a new person in charge. I do read me contract and I do not feel like I should have to keep placing the same work order more than once since that is their part of the contract to fulfill.
