I have been at Sun Prairie for a year now and I have very fiew complaints. My apartment doesn't cool too quickly, but I can get over that. Everytime I've called maintenance they have responded within 24 hours and they haven't given me any problems. I've never been without a close parking spot and always received notices when anyone was going to be coming into my apartment. I have friends at other apartment complexes, and they definately seem to have a lot more problems than I do.
