I like it, I have lived there for 2 years. Quick maintenance and nice staff. I don't know why people call it a slum - maybe they are afraid of people of color - but I have purchased a brand new car since moving in, have accidentally left a laptop and MP3 player in an UNLOCKED car, and nothing! My favorite part is that there is very good sound insulation between apartments. I am considering moving because of wanting to get a cat, but you just can't beat the price and value, so I will probably stay. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

It's the purple people that scare the heck out of me. The rest of the people of color would be o.k. if they would quit breaking into my vehicle to steal stuff.

"You can't beat the price and value" Tough to beat $200 a month. But of course if you went to work and made more money then you would have to pay more rent. What are the colors of people you see? The green ones are from out of town. Somewhere by mars. You accidentally left your laptop and MP3 player in an unlocked car? You should accidentally go to work sometime. That is unless sun prairie is going to feed your kids and cat too.
