As for someone who is getting married and eventually wants to get a house, Sun Prairie is a great place to "camp". The prices were in our range and we only had to pay for the electric. They also have a great deal with the electricity. When we went in to find our apartment, we really loved the fact that the staff was so knowledgable and that they had more than just one floor plan to choose from. My fiance works late at night and so I was worried about feeling comfortable or safe in the apartment, but I was very please to find out that they have 24 hour maintenance and management. Overall, we have been very pleased and have not had one complaint yet. I think that people sometimes have to realize that this is the city and you can't always control other's actions, ecspecially in an apartment complex.

Seriously -- they lowered your rent? They only ever raised mine (significantly, over $100 on a once under $600 rental over 2 years).

Actually, it is not...just a satisfied resident. I find it funny that is is hard to believe this....are you a prior resident, anonymous? To priorrenterssunprairie..we were able to get our rent lowered when we signed a 12 month lease...now granted we have been here two years and in the two years they raised the rent by $5. I am stunned that they would raise it $100! I hope this doesn't happen to us!!!!
