As far as apartments go, it is a nice place. I have lived in two units and like both quite well. As far as staff, everyone seems friendly and outgoing, willing to help. Maintenance keeps up very well and they do well to get onto issues as soon as possible. I'd say its a good place to live, especially being located in the Jordan Creek area which is cool. All in all, I am happy with Sun Prairie as the best apartment complex I have lived in and know of. *****

I am reading your posting and I am puzzled. What is wrong with the East side? Also, where anywhere in West Des Moines could you pay as little as you are paying for all of the utilities except for electric which is guaranteed, in writing for the first year you live there not to exceed $30 per month in a two bedroom. I am assuming you are in a two bedroom. If you are having issues with your heating or cooling, even after hours, they have an afterhours emergency maintenance number. If that person is not responding, please let the manager know. Lot's of people like to complain, but never let anyone know there are issues.
