I will say, I currently live at these apartments, been here for quite some time, too me its pretty safe, quiet, get along with the management very well. I must say verses being from a very rough city, this is nothing compared to living in new orleans or other places. The grounds are kept up, but their are residents who could careless, they love throwing their trash all over the place, including cig butts on the ground, their has been a few times walking outside ive been hit in the head by a lit cig, Kids are known, to run out in front of cars moving been a couple of times ive almost ran over someones rugrat, If you have some sort of complaint day or night management does respond quickly to address the issue. From all the negitive feedback from this complex ive read here, you must all moved from small towns living in glass houses, or never moved from iowa in your entire life time. The parking is not an issue if you have a garage, i dont even hear my neighbors, its very quiet, i feel very safe living at these apts.

i've lived in : brooklyn, chicago, boston, tulsa, west hollywood, israel and turkey. trust me.. this place SUCKS.

I am moving out of this hell hole at the end of the month. I have been a good resident, paid rent on time or early every month. All I ask is that I do not have to put up with a mold infested apartment! I had to request every month or so, for maintenance to come try to take care of the mold problem. In both of my bathrooms, mold is coming throught the paint and at the base boards. Mold has taken over the wood floor boards in the hall way, and in my master bedroom closet. I have asthma, and this is not a good mix for asthmatics. I will probably call the health board because it is ridiculous and has yet to be taken care of thouroughly. I met two residents at the pool over the last week, who also said they have mold issues "in" the paint. Plus, there is garbage everywhere and horrible smell in the common ways. The office staff is rude, except for the receptionist. I would rahter pay an extra 150.00 and live somewhere nice and clean.
