These apartments are full of bed bugs. When I reported bugs to the management they charged me a $1,200. for pest control. I've provided sufficient proofs which indicates that apartment was already infected with bugs before I moved in. But still they are charging me for pest control. Before moving into Sun Prairie, I stayed at Candlewood Suites for a month and never felt any bites of bed bugs there. So its proved that it was not me who infected the apartment.

I've requested to move to a different apartment as I was having a new born baby with me at that time when pest control people were applying pesticides to the apartment. But management denied. so we have to stay in same apartment during bug cleaning process.

I reported this to WDM Home Healthy Code inspector and I learned from him that he is already been reported such things from other people also.

The management sucks. They just want to make money, hardly cares about tenants.

that may be, but when i lived at sun prairie, there were bugs and nasty things EVERYWHERE. plus, a newborn baby? and sun prairie makes these people stay where it's possibly to endanger it's life? what are they supposed to do, stay with someone else while pest control is in their crappy little apartment, while they are stuck paying for it? shame on the horrible management. i hope one of them has a baby and it gets some sort of terrible poisoning because of their sick, mentally disgusting choices. i HATE SUN PRAIRIE! every person who moves out of sun prairie HATES it if they actually have to be there for more than 20% of their time. every time someone asks me about those apartments i usually spend an hour telling them about how horrible this place is. about 75% of those people agree, or are so horribly disgusted they don't even want to find out.

This is the wrong information provided by James.I don't know anybody by that name. I never sold any bed to anybody. Sun Prairie is a nice budget apartments to stay. The management,location & maintenance is also very good. I have been staying there for over an year & never found any problem.

This is ridiculous, how could they start any operation which include any pesticide in a apartment in which a new born is residing. Even they should move all the tenants to another apartment before applying pesticides. I do agree with James that there are bed bugs. A friend of me also dad similar situation. No doubt this place is for low budget people but there are lot of other problems also. Some of those problems are described in other different-2 reviews. Management is very rude except receptionist. Here I would advice James to take some legal actions against management.

I live at Sun Prairie and my kitchen has a ton of bugs, the rest of the apartment seems to be okay. But the kitchen is horrible. I am moving out middle of this month and it cant come any sooner. Sun Prairie SUCKS!
