Neighbor upstairs left their bathroom faucet running all day and I came home to water running into my apartment, from the ceiling, everywhere! My light fixtures were filled with water, my carpet was standing in water and I had to tell the manager to bring a wet vac over! She did not even try to assist in cleaning up the place. Just told me not to turn on lights until the repair person could come, which was the next day! I had to clean up most of the mess myself! Then when I moved out a month later, because of the stench in the molding carpet, management had the gall to tell me that I was responsible for cleaning the carpet and even told me I would not receive my deposit back because the apartment needed so much work! Not from me, I assure you!
