Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005

Nasty staff, dirty apartments, loud neighbors, poor quality --- they WILL take your deposit more no matter how much you clean!! Terrible, awful, dirty - worst apartment in West Des Moines by far, and I've lived in 3. Management is hard to work with and are rude. The are ALWAYS right, no matter what! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
