The maitenance is horrible. There are two under qualified men handeling an entire complex by themselves. My apartment is always invaded without prior notice. Swat team and police are alweays at the apartment complex handeling criminal matters. Studio and townhomes are infested with mice. A and S towing tows cars very often for frivolous reasons. Office staff changes frequently. Afordable but not impressive by any means.

Are you sure you live at the Hamlet??? They only have 1 maintenance person and always have had only one. Also, Hamlet doesn't have studios or townhomes. Exactly how do you know that cars are being towed for "frivolous" reasons. Usually when a car is being towed, it is for a reason such as abandonment, not properly tagged, or non running. And who is A and S towing??? I know they only use one towing company and that is not the one. I think you are making stuff up just to appear on this site. Shame on you.

A and S towing. "Anfernee and Shoquan" towing. They aren't advertised for towing. And are privately owned. In fact you don't call them to tow cars they just do it on their own. Come visit A and S auto sales when you get a chance.

Actually there are two handymen and they both are horrible. As for towing, I am not for sure about that but they do plaster those orange warning stickers on cars if they sit for more than a couple of days. These apartments are HORRIBLE!
