I don't know what all the negative is about, but I have lived here for nearly 3 years now, and I have had nothing but a great experience. I have a full size washer and dryer right down the hall, a manager who has been here for over 15 years(that speaks for itself), a huge 2 bedroom 1 bath home with french doors, and lots of closet space. No it is not the newest, most updated property, but it is clean, and the price is a good fit, and so is the location. I have a gorgeous pool to use, as well as a great community room and gym. It is everything I need. I am sure there are those who need to be living at the "latest address" but not me. If you are looking, I would stop and make your own decisions based on what you see, not someone else.
