Don't be fooled by the ads they have. The building are dumps. neighborhood is full of gangs. Roaches/bugs everywhere. Maintance department glue things instead of repairing. Two ladies who run the place are full of themselves and lie all the time.
Central air in townhomes are so old that you have to buy your own window ACs and in winter you need a heater in each room (expect $250 plus electrical bills).

Don't even consider looking into Hamlet.
