I haved lived at Hamlet twice now. To the person that was talking about AC, wrong place!! When my wife and I moved in, they were affordable. When our lease ran up, they wanted to jack it up almost 100 buck for another twelve month lease. they are still telling ppl though that it cost 780 or whatever it was when we moved in. Maintence does suck. One of our light globes fell the first couple of months we lived there, and they NEVER replaced, so now we will be charged for it. My brothers got stuck with a lot of things, some BS stuff when they moved out. So far, its been almost two months since I lived there, and I know they are just trying to rape us on what we owe them.
