The apartments,despite the cheap materials used, look nice, that is probably the only thing that is good about this apt complex.
Don't be fooled by the curb-side parking in front of the clubhouse. It ends there. I have received 3 calls from the heffers in the office about not parking in front of the club house so they can sucker more victims to sign the biggest waste of an investment tothey will ever make.
The staff has lot of scope for improvement.
It is very essential that you check every smallest possible stain on the carpet when you move in or be ready to pay for it when you vacate.
To add lease-break clause they charge 350. In addition, there is relet fees of 300. We ended up paying 650 extra when we vacated the apts. It felt aweful. Most people don't read every line in the lease assuming it is a standard lease, but it has some extra clauses. The staff does not necessarily explain all the charges when you sign the lease. For example, relet charges.
When you move out, the carpet cleaning etc and other over-the-top charges are charged to you without much explanation.
Read every single clause of the bible of a lease and understand ALL the charges otherwise they can crew you by a few hundred dollars when you vacate.
I haven't even begun to talk about how ------ the apartment themselves are, but read other reviews here and you will quickly get the picture. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I don't understand why this guy would write a hundred bad reviews. And if you read all his stupid posts, he apparently moved out three months ago. Dude. You gave your bad review. Give it a rest and get on with your life. Well, obviously that's not going to happen. You're going to need a whole team of psychiatrist's first.

Bet its not the same guy. Turtle Creek is most definately the worst place ever. Ask any of the 200 staff they have had in the little time they have been in DSM. And to the staff member who wrote this... don't worry, the Richdale Group WILL screw you at some point in your employment!
