(user photo) (user photo) the apartment was filthy when I moved in, cob webs and dead bugs everywhere. Paint on all the fixtures, the weather strip at the base of the door was torn off. Paint on the fire place...

I have had nothing but problems with Turtle Creek. If it not accounting screwing up it is a maintenence problem. The pool took a year to get opened along with the work out facility when I moved in and was promissed it was only going to be a month before it was up and running. In the winter ice in the parkinglot is a problem due to lack of plowing and sanding. I wouldn't recomend.
