Just saying the name "Turtle Creek" leaves a sour taste in my mouth. The staff... oh my god, I hate these people! Don't be fooled by their fake smiles before you sign the lease, for things change rather quickly after that point! These are not nice people. They are rude and incompetent.

On to the apartment... ick! Crown moulding and built-in bookshelves do very little to smooth over the hefty pest problem encountered while residing here. After discussing this matter with people from at least 3 different buildings, I think the word "widespread" can be used to describe the issue of mice and bugs. Also the walls are paper thin. You can hear above and below. You cannot open you windows because the of the freeway. Even with the windows shut and with trashy plastic on the windows cold air seeps into the apartment during the winter. So beware apartment seekers! There are MUCH nicer places, maybe not as new that have WAY MORE square footage than these overpriced, infested, owned/run by --------, crackerboxes.


Save yourself a fortune and find another apartment. One that truely is luxury.
