Turtle Creek is loaded with all the worst things I have experienced in renting apartments. The staff lie to their prospective tenents to get them to sign, and once you're signature is given, the excuses start rollin' in. I lived there for a year, never got to use the pool, wieght room, clubhouse...(all which I paid for!!)because things were taking longer than expected to complete. When I moved in, they said all these amentities would be available for sure in one month. B.S. Two weeks into living in my $1200.00 a month apartment, my washer flooded my entire laundry room, kitchen, and into the front room,for the first of FOUR TIMES! Maintenance never did the job right, once they finally came around. They snooped through my belongings, left trash all over the place...and even sat down to have lunch on my front patio!!! I came home to find them all kickin' back smoking, and chowin' down like it was their place! Black mold grew in three differant area's of the apartment cause there was moisture in the walls...they just painted over it! I came out to my garage to go to work one morning to find that the ceiking had caved in on my car, due to a water leak in the pipes above!! They never offered to pay for repairs, and the job didn't get repaired for almost two weeks! I was forced to leave my ground floor apartment unlocked to the public for this job to get finnished. After I had enough, after tons and tons of complaints, I chose to break my lease early. I am now being charged over $2000.00 for replacement of carpet (due to the washer flooding), new paint (from the black mold), and early move-out. They said I had to pay this amount in full the day I turned in my keys, which there was NO WAY i could afford...so they sent my bill to a credit agency! Don't screw up your life for this place! All they want is your money!

No kidding -- YEA RIGHT ABOUT GETTING THAT SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK-- hmm...they will charge you if you leave a crumb on the floor- its ridiculous and its the damn staff who walk them no matter what they see ( i know its not the omaha people" urgg..buy a place or at least rent where they dont treat their tenants like crap-- this place was build halfassed and it shows!
