Turtlecreek is the worst place to live. In my time of living there I was so stressed having to deal with their corporate office and the snotty girls in the office, whom seem to think they are better than everyone else. The apartments aren't even that nice. In the winter the crown molding splits because it's so cold. It is freezing in the apartments therefore you have extreamly high heating bills. The carpet isn't sealed all the way to the wall so I had mice really bad in my apartment. Good luck trying to get the office to call someone for you to get them out there! It took FOREVER! It always took 8-10 days minimum to get something fixed in my apartment. My building flooded TWO different times once from the thrid floor and once from the second floor. It was very noisy living by the interstate. The lock on the main door to enter the building was NEVER working. I counted about 3 full months that it actually worked! So your not very safe living there. The accounting department at the corporate office is a hassle to deal with and are very rude!!! They "accidentally" charged me late fees when I had more than enough money in my account to cover my rent! DON'T let the apperance fool you!!! It was always such a headache to come home. So if you want to live like this sign right up other wise BEWARE!!!!!!
