Just like many others have said, Turtle Creek looked nice before I moved in. It is not until you live there that you realize how awful it is. I was kept up, night after night, because I could hear my neighbors through the walls and ceilings. When I finally complained to manangement I was told to file a complaint with the police. Not exactly how I want to spend my time at 3 AM. Each time I opened my patio door or windows I was inhaling the cigarette smoke from the residents below me. There were very few occassions in which I needed management's help, but it was not easy when I did. One time was when I needed a spare key to get in my apartment to get a spare key for my car as I had locked mine in my running vehicle on a very cold winter day. I called the office and could not get through, so I called the Emergency line. I was told that TurtleCreek does not provide help with after-hours lock-outs. This was at 10:00 aM in the morning!

I had a very difficult time picking up packages because the office hours are very inconvenient. The office opened up after I left for work and closed before I got home and I work typically from 8-6. I had to leave work and race home if I had any hopes of picking up a package. Or else wait until the weekend. The "security" doors are ridiculous. It's been broke for months and alarms sound even when the doors are shut. It hindered and frustrated the residents more than it kept us safe. Just a note for current residents: Management is NOT reasonable with your security deposits so beware. Another interesting thing to note: Someone printed off these reviews and posted them in the resident buildings, management quickly took them down and put up a note saying posting anything is a violation of our contract. I mean what's wrong with sharing the truth about the wonderful, luxury living at Turtle creek' Could it be that the truth hurts.
