(user photo) (user photo) the apartment was filthy when I moved in, cob webs and dead bugs everywhere. Paint on all the fixtures, the weather strip at the base of the door was torn off. Paint on the fire place...

The staff are morons, unable to provide any help whatsoever. Take pictures of EVERYTHING if you move in, they will charge you for dust on the window ledge if you didn't clean it when you move out. Also, they will charge you for the replacement of the carpet eventhough you used your free cleaning before you moved out. And the fire-alarm constantly goes off, rude.
