Began with the person in the Corporate Leasing Office witholding the next step in the application process until previous one was completed. NO FORESIGHT WHATSOEVER.The office staffperson was hoping to invite my 2 male friends to her keg party held that night in the clubhouse. Classless.

My fiancee' and I got wowed by the crown molding and the NEWER showcase apt. that other reviewers have made mention of here. Wasn't the same apt. or building that we were promised.

Crickets aplenty in warmer months.

Sprinkler head over washer & dryer burst one February morning. I called the answering service at 4am. Had to call again at 6am. Maintenance showed up at 8:30am. Water continued to flow onto my carpet for 4 1/2 hours, and I was told by Office Staff that it is what my Renter's Insurance is for. Maintenance man told me directly that Turtle Creek almost didn't open on time because they had excessive code violations, and the sprinkler head was a cost-cutter model. THEN a dehumidifier had to be run to complete the drying process 24-hrs a day for 7 days until they came to pick it up. Turtle Creek said the increase in utility & electricity usage was another Renter's Insurance claim, and they did nothing to cover it themselves.

We found a townhome before our lease was up (which is 110% better), and we will be contesting EVERY charge they levy against us, except for some admitted carpet stains. We are getting charged $985.00 to "market & re-lease" our apartment by staff. BS. Isn't that part of their everyday job' Why would they charge us extra' We will see them in court, unfortunately.

Parking lot is UNSECURE. I had 1 break-in of my own, and found out about 2 others in 6 mos. time.

Electrical outlets on exterior building walls BLOW cold air during winter months. Utility bills are a nightmare.

Pool holds MAYBE 20 people. Too small for the size of a complex it is.

I agree that ANYONE could find a better deal, or just purchase a townhome or condo for the same amount as rent here.

I give the place 1/2 star.
