Hands down these are the nicest apartments Des Moines has to offer. I have never seen an apartment that comes with so much detail and with a staff that is so bend-over backwards for their residents.

I looked at Signature Place, Polo Club, and all the other so-called 'luxury' apartments in this city, but nothing compares to Turtle Creek...oh, one other place-their other complex in Urbandale called Saddlebrook. My apartment has crown molding, tile floors, a bay window, and brand new appliances...where else can you find that in this city' NOWHERE. And believe me, I looked. And if you want a fitness center that should actually be called 'fitness center' then Turtle Creek is your only option. Signature Place had the room half the size of my bedroom stuffed w/ old, broken equipment and called it a 'fitness center'..At Turtle Creek-I get to work out in a room that is bigger than most gyms in town, with brand new machines and a sauna. And the staff knows my name and calls me to see if I have any maintenance requests. I have never had that anywhere else, and I bet neither do you.

This review has staff or management written all over it...the give away is them mentioning their other property Saddlebrook in high regards as well.

Whoever wrote this review sucks balls. You are obviously an underpaid loser Turd Creek employee. Everyone who works for the Richdale Group should be severely beaten. Eat ----.

you must have been the only one they ever called for maintenance requests. I would have to agree with the other response, this has to be a self promoting employee, because I have been in nicer apartments with a fitness center just as nice.

Just looking over apartment reviews and came across this one, but for the person who made the comment about underpaid losers...don't you think you would mean overpaid if they are such losers that work there?? Just a thought
