What can I say that hasn't already been said by the 100 earlier reviews. Bugs. No maintenance. Disrespectful and classless employees. Completely overpriced. But even worse - corrupt and untruthful.

This is about the 10th post on various websites (including the BBB) that I've written today, so I'll try to keep it short. I'll likely be taking legal action against this place, and would encourage others who have had the similiar experiences and ultimately billed for nonsense charges to e-mail me at lcknauf76@yahoo.com. Maybe had I not been hung up on twice by the corporate office I wouldn't be this fired up. Unfortunately I honestly believe that they multiple bill residents but never fix the repairs, and I demand proof of otherwise.

Reviews from people on here are informative in general.But coming from you I pay no attention nor should anybody else. Why might you ask? You think the world revolves around you. I'm sure you complain about everything to everybody. You probably think a maintenance emergency is a burned out lightbulb in your oven or bad CABLE t.v. reception which HAS to be fixed on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON. PATHETIC. Why didn't you just rent a castle and some servants? You have time to post to 10 websites? Of course you do because DADDY probably owns a business and that makes you more special than your neighbors. If you had to listen to your big mouth run you would hang up on yourself too! Get used to that. The neighborhood will suffer greatly without your presence.NOT.

Wow - why so much venom? He has valid complaints about these apartments, you don't have to turn it into a personal attack! We also had horrible experiences with Turtle Creek. You, obviously, must be an employee there to defend it so savagely. Turtle Creek has slow (up to several weeks) response time to complaints (we lived there for 3 years) and they are expecting us to pay an ADDITIONAL $400 to replace the carpet (on top of the $535 security deposit). It goes beyond unreasonable, it's absurd and swindling. I'd like to know of one Turtle Creek resident who actually feels like they got a decent amount of their security deposit back!!

No Hollisb, I will bet top dollar this person lived in bldg 11. And this tenant would feel free to tell anybody how to run there business. NOT JUST THE APT.COMPLEX. Maybe this person should give up their sundays if somebody griped. Yah right. DADDY probably owns a business(bank on it).

lcknauf76 you are just the person I have been looking for. 10 POSTS IN ONE DAY?? and probably mega phone calls crying and whining to people on the phone. I've been so busy working these days it's good to see somebody with so much time on their hands to sit around complain and post on the internet. Would you be interested in getting my laundry caught up and mowing my lawn weekly in the summer? It would pay better than being such a little crybaby.

Wow...it's been over 2 years since my post and I never thought it would get such mixed reviews. Hilarious! No...I don't have some rich Daddy or unrealistic expectations. I'd just rather not get taken for unreasonable fees, and I'm more than happy to take the time necessary to warn others. But I'm glad to see Turtle Creek has been a pleasurable experience for some people. By the way...lcwhiner76...what are you paying for lawn service nowadays? I still need to pay down that balance owed to TC. Call me.
