This apt complex is by far the worst DM has to offer. I laugh at all the 'luxury living' signs posted out front. I rented here when it was first built. Bugs, floods, crappy management, overpriced utilities don't even begin to descibe my horrific experience. I feel sorry for everyone that's duped into renting here. Can't wait for the day when the reputation of this complex is totally trashed and everyone knows what a hell hole it is - from this Web site I can see that's close to happening.

Just a question for those who have rented with Turtle Creek. Did ANYONE get their entire deposit back when they moved out?

I didnot get my deposit back instead i had to write out a check for 40$ after getting the apartment cleaned by professional cleaners!
