nice appartments, i loved the apts but the management is horrible. they are very rude and wont respond to your complaints. i stayed here for two years, was promised a complementary carpet shampoo but never got it and got charged my whole deposit even after i got the apartment cleaned by professional cleaners. beleive me the apartment was as good as ready to be occupied when i left it, they just dont have any intention of giving your deposit back.

My wife and I just got our deposit back...minus hundreds of dollars for non existent stains on carpet. When we called and complained they tried to give us $30 not to report it on the internet.
