I moved in despite reading the horrible reviews. In fact, I asked the staff about the reviews and they told me they were from when the complex was first getting started and they've worked everything out. Wrong. I should have listened to my instincts. Living there has been the biggest pain! The staff is complely incompetent! Plus, anything financial is done at there corporate office and there doesn't seen to be any communication between the two. They can't even keep track of what we pay for rent. We're constantly getting notices saying that we owe more money, but when we call to talk about it they can't tell us why. They have even lost our rent checks before, even though they eventually did find it. Whenever we try to talk about a problem, were sent to 5 differant people, then they finally say they'll take care of it, and then they do nothing! Weeks later when we try to get it resolved again, no one remembers talking to us. The apartments are very cheaply built and poor quality. Don't live here! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I agree. The apt. looks nice on the outside but very cheaply built. The traffic noise is HORRIBLE and the windows are installed poorly. The heating and air bills are out of control, I keep my heat at 68* and I still had a $180 heat bill for December. You can hear the neighbors walking and flushing the toilets everyday. Do not live here.

Couldn't have said it better myself! This place is one of the biggest rip-offs around. I live in the smallest size apartment and keep my thermostat set at 67*. My last heat bill was $127 (January) and my bedroom still feels like a tundra! It is even worse in the summer when it rains and my windows leak water all over the place.
