(user photo) (user photo) the apartment was filthy when I moved in, cob webs and dead bugs everywhere. Paint on all the fixtures, the weather strip at the base of the door was torn off. Paint on the fire place...

the toilets have absolutely no pressure. i plug it with just two wipes like four times a week... at least. always have to do courtesy flush. i would def not recommend this place. polo club is better!! oh and dog poop everywhere! ive ruined 2 pairs of shoes from people not cleaning up after their pooches and me stepping in it! this place is not a place to poop!
