We should have known when we moved in and the C was missing from the entrance sign that the place was going to suck!! First of all, they messed up the move in date so when we showed up with all of our belongings, they said we were wrong and began scrambling around for the missing paperwork, called corporate, realized they were wrong and then told us to wait in the clubhouse for an hour and a half while they prepared the apartment. Let me tell ya, it wasn't ready, there were still things in the cupboards from the previous tenant. Everything was dirty and yet we got no break. We faced the north and payed about $200 a month for the electricity during the winter on our one bedroom, 700 square foot apartment. We got screwed on our deposit, not only did we not get it back, we had to pay extra for them to replace the carpet- which wasn't even clean when we moved in. Its a tuxedo on a basic apartment essentially. My advise, look elsewhere.
