(user photo) (user photo) the apartment was filthy when I moved in, cob webs and dead bugs everywhere. Paint on all the fixtures, the weather strip at the base of the door was torn off. Paint on the fire place...

We have lived at TC for a year. We are renewing our lease. The rent is high but i absolutely love the apartments, grounds and staff. I think I have neighbors on 2 sides - not sure. One side is a bit noisy but I am from a very loud southern family and I don't really notice. The staff has been fantastic and I was concerned after reading the reviews here. Bottom line - we are staying because we love it!
