(user photo) (user photo) the apartment was filthy when I moved in, cob webs and dead bugs everywhere. Paint on all the fixtures, the weather strip at the base of the door was torn off. Paint on the fire place...

The apartments are nice but owners are incredibly money hungry!! They charge you a ton for rent and then refuse to fix anything that goes wrong. Even minor things are treated like a huge offense. Kiss you deposit goodbye!! They will find everything and anything to take it all!!!
