Washington Heights gives you attention that you need. Ask them for something that is reasonable and they are very responsive. I've only lived at Washington for a month, but it seems to be the right fit for any type of renter. They were very adaptable to my moving situation. I was moving because of a new job and I was able move in quicker than any other place I've ever moved into. This is a great place to live. The management is the best around.
