We lived at Washington Heights for 10 years, the management when we first moved in were great, very friendly, but the recent managers-or at least the wife, lacks personality, friendliness and has no idea what she is doing, so minor repairs can take forever-unless you go strait to the maintenance, then it gets done fairly quick! They have a high turn over rate in their staff-office assistants and maintenance-so you never know what to expect. The apartments are huge, and for the money, its a great deal.
