They're very big (1200 sq ft two bedroom, 1&3/4 bath), but the layout is odd. The main room is quite long and narrow, so furniture arrangement variation are few. Building is old (built in mid-1970s) and appears to have never had much upgraded since then. Carpet has been replaced some time in the last 10 years. Windows appear to be original, so horrible insulation ($103/month budget billing for utilities). Deck is nice and big, but WDM law now doesn't allow grilling on apartment decks, so why else have a deck' Washer/dryer hookups are a great thing, but they have coin-op in each building in case you don't have your own. Kitchen is most likely 15 years old in appliances. They got rid of their garbage disposal in the sinks so I can't really wash anything in the sink. Parking is horrendous, but you get used to it. Lots of families with kids here, so bare that in mind. Overall, good value if you want something big with a washer/dryer, but needs a major upgrade overhaul.

Location is great, and there are two entrance/exits onto two different streets so it's quick in and out and traffic is non-existent here. I cannot comment on management since I have not reported anything wrong or had anything break. I believe my roommate reported our front door knob being loose and it was fixed the next day, so I guess their maintenance staff is quick, but I won't comment either way.

My mom lived here in the mid-80s and commented on how it hasn't changed at all. I think she meant to be nostalgic, but all she reminded me of was how few upgrades management has done to this place. Overall, hard to find this many options in an apartment, with this much space, in this good of a location, for this kind of a price.
