Okay for starters, great sf for the price. Parking totally sucks unless you live on the north end. Garages never get fixed and usually forced to get one far from where you live.
The hallways of the apartments stink very bad--some like food(curry) and most stale and smokey.
The appliances are fair, I won't say good because old and need replaced if they don't leak Or cause problems.
The layouts are odd and long. There is no good way to set up furniture.
Now on to the staff, wow how lame! Most places I am greeting with warm smiles and great attitudes. Ha, not this place. Poor customer service and I think they would rather discuss other things besides leasing to tenants. I walked in and it took the 3 minutes, yes I counted, before they helped me. I don't know who the manager is at this place, but I am pretty sure she sucks at her job too if her employees act this way. I had a muchbetter experience with sun praire folks.
As for the maintenance staff, well , unprofessional too. Argue in my apartment over walkie talkie with a lady in the office. After listening and feeling awkward, I know how backwards this place is. If I want stuff done in my apartment I'd rather do itmyself than have those unprofessional guys doing it. Especially the supervisor. My rating of this place overall, 2.3. If it wasn't for the staff I would have stayed. I will never rent from a BH Management property again.
