I moved in thinking that this apartment would be great and it turns out that it was just filled with problems. I wont go into detail, but none of the outlets worked and it takes 5 mins for the water to warm for our garden level apartment. I expected more from the staff, who at best has an education level of a 10th grader. I will be moving out soon, as the thought of being here over the winter terrifies me.
What really surprises me is that no one realized there were so many issues with the apartment prior to someone moving in. When I contact staff about the issues I am treated like I am a hassle. I should have known better when I came in to sign a lease and the young girl working the office was munching on sour gummy worms in front of my husband and I and taking drunken phone calls from her friends at some country bash. The hot water problem is a recent development, within the last month. Professionalism is a problem as well, but most of the problems are the 'details', so I cannot comment, but as a tenant of the past 13 months, I will probably agree with you on most of those 'details.'

Bad luck for you, buddy. This complex was GREAT until last fall/winter when BH and Kristina took over. I too am moving out soon, and that sucks, because I love the apartment, but I just can't stomach the thought of dealing with those people in the office anymore.
