I lived in Wellington Apts for a little over a year, and while some things slow (snow removal, maintenence does seem to take a couple of days), overall I think that they are pretty decent people, that seem to work with you if you are having any problems. There is one girl that works in the office who is an absolute idiot, but Kris is really nice & understanding. I moved out of Wellington, & into the worst apartment complex in the world, Regency Woods. At first, I thought it was going to be great, but it was like a snowball effect going from bad to worse. Needless to say, I am moving back to Wellington in a couple of months. They let you have large dogs (which is great!), washer/dryer in the actual apartment, and the layout of the apartment is better than most. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
