I am currently living in Wellington Apartments. My lease is up at the end of August and right now there is nothing that makes me happier. Being 19 and this being my first place away from home, it's a big change. If you're the type of person who's never really home like I am, it's really not that bad. The trash can be far away at times, but it's exercise. I feel that the charge for dogs is ridiculous. I've had a dog the entire time I've lived here and not once have they found out or said anything to me. Then again...why would I pay money for a dog that weighs 2 1/2 pounds. The apartment was dirty when we moved in and the carpet had stains ALL over it. In the past six months we have rented a carpet cleaner three times just hoping to get a lucky one that will take out all the stains. I guarantee we will never see our deposit again. The apartment wasn't inspected before we moved in so every problem we might have w/ it will be our fault guaranteed. The garbage disposal doesn't work and it tends to start stinking when food is stuck down there and it takes maitenance two weeks (so far) to even come fix it...About MAITENANCE...the past few comments in here complain about them..but I'd like to make a comment coming from an apartment resident that is a 19 year old female who's roommate is also a 19 year old female...one maitenance guy will park his little truck in front of our apartments like he's actually doing something and wait until he sees us walk out to his cars then he'll follow us out the building.
