Im suprised about all the bad reviews in here. For all of the 19 people that wrote in here, thats only 19 people of over 400 (thats how many apartments the lady said there were) that live there that have something bad to say.

I moved in about two months ago, and I love it. I mean I LOVE IT. My utilties are way cheap. She said around a hundred and my last bill was $63.00 for gas and electric. You dont have to pay the water bill, which other apartments make you pay.
The apartments are quiet (or maybe I'm lucky enough to have quiet neighbors) and I love not having to go through hallways and doors like I used to in my old apartment. You have your own door.

When I moved in I had a maintenance problem with a slow drain but not only did they call me before they came, but they were there that same afternoon and fixed it. That would have never happened in my old place. It might of taken a week or longer there!

Anyway, I don't see whats so bad about it, I got a fantastic deal when I moved in (and noone else in town was offering anything close to it).

And do I need to mention you are less than a mile from the new mall'

I love living here! Thought everyone should know!
