This is certainly a good place to live.

The units are spacious, the utilities are realistic and they offer great specials. The office people are friendly and the maintenance staff tries to help in every way possible.

I moved away from here after being here 3 years, to a brand new complex last year. The problems there were terrible. So, after 8 months of being gone, I once again decided to call Wellington home. I simply could not be happier that I made the move back.

The best advice I can give is to check into a place before you sign a lease...
