I have been a Wellington apartment tenant for a little under a year now. Prior to the arrival of new management, I would have considered moving to a different complex. Recently we decided to move into a two bedroom prior to the termination of our lease. The transfer policy and the move went very well. I am pleased with the up and coming leasing office, it's 200% better than previous.
