Management has changed 3 times in the 9 months that my roommate and I have lived here. Management sucks in general. They do not know what they are doing. They have asked us to pay rent twice because the couldn't find our check even though we had a receipt. Overall...this apartment complex is awful for the amount that you spend to live here! Never are able to heat/cool the place and if you do it costs an arm and a leg. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Thats false information. If you call MidAmerican Energy, you are provided a 24 month utility history upon request, no questions asked. You will find that utilities here are beyond reasonable. And truth be told, MidAmerican energy states that a local competitor TURTLECREEK has the highest utility bills per square foot in the city of West Des Moines. Given the huge market of West Des Moines, and that 30% of its residents reside in apartment housing, thats good information to have. So, if you think Wellington is a rip off, head on over to TURTLECREEK where you can have a brand new two bedroom apartment-beginning rent in the mid 900's-add your utility bills on top of that, and live happily ever after. Sorry to hear about your misfortune and incorrect information.
