No one should rent from this complex. The management is totally incompetent and it is the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. I have lived in a number of apartment complexes in my days and never have I dealt with a complex that has been so unorganized and unwilling to improve the grounds for the tenants. I have had appliances not working in my apartment for months and called them for repairs that never happened. The grounds are not taken care of, it is not a safe environment and I do not recommend anyone to live there. I have taken it upon myself to contact the Better Business Bureau and the DA's office to try to get this taken care of, but please, if you are considering living there, beware. Wellington Apartments are a total nightmare.
